I’m Tristan Blaskowitz, a versatile composer and filmmaker from the Rhein-Main area. As an expert in music and moving image production, I’m excited to collaborate with you on new projects.

Composer for Film, Stage & Video Games

As a filmmaker, I know exactly how a story needs to be told and the essential role music plays in that. Music is not just accompaniment, but an independent narrative tool that underscores the emotional and narrative flow of a story. In my neoclassical compositions, influences from electronica, new age, world music, and progressive rock come together to create a unique sound that blends traditional orchestration with modern tones.

When collaborating with you as a director or game designer, I always start with an analysis of the project to understand the atmosphere, emotions, and core messages. From there, initial sketches and motifs emerge, which I continuously develop until the music aligns with the project’s vision.

Particularly important for video games are sound design, sound effects, and musical cues for specific events within the game world, which I can also create for you. These elements should not always be viewed separately from the soundtrack.

Depending on the needs, a full production may be created on the computer using virtual instruments or a playable score, and we’ll head to the recording studio with an orchestra.

As a filmmaker specializing in corporate videos, commercials, and live recordings, I take on various roles depending on the project—whether as a director, editor, or cameraman, sometimes even all three at once. With my years of experience, I tell visually striking and emotionally compelling stories that are perfectly tailored to your project’s needs.
